Hi my angel, It is 1am, still in full panic attack mode, I am shaking so badly, I seem to take things so personally, I don't know why, maybe it is part of the BPD.
I am laying in bed right now looking at the stars out my window, thinking of you.
Well I hope you are resting well and not having night terrors.
I will try for some sleep in an hour or so.

I hope you found your new psych's place and you are in their now, i know it will be tough for you today, i wish you did not have to relive it so often, it is not fair.

All the best with your appointment with your new psychologist.
Yes - we do have to go back and look at the past when we get into recovering from the past.
And as they say - if you throw enough mud at the wall something will stick

Hi @Decadian, yes, i am pleased with my garden, it is not world class, but it is my little oasis, my safety and my world away from everyone.
i am glad you like it, i am just happy i have not lost a plant yet, i never in a million years thought i would have a green thumb 🙂
hope you are well today, i am struggling with a panic attack, shaking so badly, i think too much has been going on with my life over the past month it has caught up with me.
