This just still feels like a dream a beautiful, smart, strong, courageous woman like you could like a freak like me, i am ugly, fat, and lazy. you deserve so much better than me.
I do appreciate every day i have you in my life, you are the best thing that has ever happened to me, i am just reflecting on my past, it was so painful for me, to see how all the people i went to school with have so much and i have achieved nothing in my pathetic life.
my angel, i hope we can snuggle tonight, i need your warmth i just want to be in your arms.

I understand how you feel. My old friends are lawyer's, ceo of a company, journalists they are so smart. Im nothing dumb and stupid and lazy.

that would be so nice, i would like to snuggle, i just want you all the time, you make me feel so safe, i am not scared when i am with you.
My angel, you are not dumb, stipid or lazy. your husband stopped you from getting a career, you work so hard making sure the girls are getting everything they need to get the best start in life possible, you are a really smart lady Karen, sometimes we are just too hard on ourselves.
I love you Karen, we are so alike. i just wish i could make you happy and content with who you are. Karen i love you, not what you ar, what you do, or what you have, i love you, the person, your soul, your mind.

I've just had a really hot shower it was lovely. Im in bed talking to my boyfriend; )
My psychiatrist appointment went ok she said she is proud of me. That im a wonderful mum and ive done everything I could to keep them safe.
No the girls didn't win anything there were 12 different schools and 800 students. So it was really full on day.
The girls paedatrition wants me to take the girls off their anti depressant. That scares me they have been doing so well. I don't want to see my daughter have another break down.
My psychiatrist appointment went ok she said she is proud of me. That im a wonderful mum and ive done everything I could to keep them safe.

I am so glad she is seeing progress, I see how far you have come, and I agree you did all you could to keep the girls safe, you are the best mum.
Oh well, I hope they had fun at least, it is all about participation.
Maybe you could reduce the mess maybe, see how they go. It is sad they are not doing well, I hope things get better for them when you move into your new home.
