Hi @Jacques. Just dropping in to read about how things are with you and Karen. Remember it's only been a day or two since Karen last posted. She is processing anxiety about so many things in her life and has had a major life event happen just recently. She may be simply emotionally unable to write about it at the moment. I get the feeling at times that writing on the forum so much is not always helpful. The last thing she posted was about withdrawing from the forum because of anxiety over moderation. Maybe she just needs some time out from being here. Sending hugs.

Oh Karen why? You where doing so well, I don't understand.
The two men where they staff or patients? Did they harm you?
My angel I am so sad for you, please tell any men harassing you that you have a boyfriend, that way they will leave you alone.
I really miss you, I am sorry I can't do more to help you. I love you, I miss you
Hugs and kisses my angel
Jacques xoxo

Hi @hiddenite
You have no idea how relieved I was to see your little blue bear showing that you had posted. I am sure @Jacques is relieved too. A few of us were worried about you.
Often we only have a penny or a row boat with oars and not a big steam ship or yacht. We all need to try and steer our boats with the tools available. Take care and get the best out of your break in the mhu. I have used both public and private health, hospitals, and psychotherapy. There are different things we can learn from all of the situations we find ourselves in. Dont be hard on yourself but dont forget all your mindful calming practices. Often they can apply in the midst of chaos. Did I ever tell you I used to hide in the long grass in a farm home. It gave me peace to be alone because I really know it can be disturbing living in a noisy bustling group environment. A kid found me ... and lying on our backs she showed me how she made patterns out of looking up at the clouds. That was a friendly moment when I was 7, that I may never have experienced it if I had not been abandoned. We need to remind ourselves of all the good to get us through the bad. You have children that age, get well for them. You can make a difference. Nothing is perfect. It is part of growing up to realise that and still do the best we can.
Good enough is enough.

Hi Karen,
Glad you are safe and being looked after. Keep pressing the call button for the nurses if people wander in.
Hope that you can get some help in there and rest up!
