I hope the girls enjoy their easter egg hunt, gosh you go to a lot of effort, my aunt used to put them all throug hthe garden, one christmas we found melted chocolate over one of her flowers 😄

Yes, i know it well my angel, you are really anxious and stressed over going to phillip island, it is bringing back the horrible memories, is their anything you can do to change the room around so it is not so triggering? change the smell, maybe put up some pictures, etc? even take a sleeping bag so you don't need to sleep in the bed?

Karen, try to think of things you can control their? can you maybe sit in the room and write a letter to your husband saying you will not forgive him but you are choosing to move on with your life? i am not sure Karen, you need to think of a way to make it less triggering.
