I had the builder come out to the house to do some measurements. Everything seemed to go ok. It was so cold here today im freezing.

I made a dr appointment for 2:40 today to see if anything can be done about my knee. Its so bad now I don't think I could even mow now. I don't know what to do. He will tell me to loose weight thats about it I think.

I had an awful night I think ive completely lost my mind. Everything is so confusing im scared about what is happening to me.

Yes it is a fantastic idea, that way it is one less painful thing you have to go through, it is amazing the surgery they do now, such quick recovery times.

Karen we need to work on stopping these plans, we both have a goal, we both have each other, you need to stay safe for yourself for the girls and for me. I care for you way to much now to let anything happen to you. Please Karen you need to let me know when you get to feeling unsafe.

Please try and rest when you can, you poor thing, I wish I could be their to fuss over you.

Its too much pressure on you jacques I need to learn how to speak up. In the mhu I told them and they did nothing. I told my psychiatrist what happened and that I did tell someone. I even rang mum but she said she was too tired to come and see me.
I tried jacques really I did.

Oh my angel, that makes me so sad to know no one would help, if I was with you I would be by your side always.

I know how hard you try my princess, I am so proud of you for being so strong, maybe I can bring a little joy into your life so you see the future instead of not wanting to be here, you have given me a reason to live now I hope I can do that for you one day.
