I thought I might share this great quote that @Drac0 just shared here
“So often survivors have their experiences denied, trivialised or distorted.
Writing is an important avenue for healing because it gives you the opportunity to define your own reality.
You can say: This did happen to me. It was that bad.
It was the fault & responsibility of the adult.
I was – and am – innocent”
@hiddenite as we have discussed in our agreement, lets use the Forums to distract. If you find that you're can't control SI, then reach out the staff around you.
@Jacques what can we do tonight for distraction? I was thinking we could create the perfect secluded island - what would be on it? Who would be there? What would you do all day?

Far out Karen, that is not acceptable, i am getting so upset with your treatment, you try so hard, you deserve so much better help than you are getting, what are you going to do? when do you go home? Karen, i feel so hopeless and helpless, i have failed you my friend, i have asked you to reach out and you have been treated so badly. I am sorry Karen, i am really trying, i just wish i knew how to help you.
Please be safe Karen, i worry about you so much.

Hi my angel, here is a pic of all the gease we fed this morning, gosh their is so many of them now. so beautiful though.
I am so happy you are home, yes, i am sure the meds they gave you where very powerful, please be careful and move slowly so you don't fall over. good girl Karen, you should be resting you have had such a traumatic time, you need to rest up.
Yes my angel, sending you a virtual massage, if i where their i would give you the best massage, mum says i am really good at it, she has problems with her neck and her knees, i wish i could do that for you 🙂
Yes mum's room is officially finished, we are just going to give it the wekend to air out and she will have her room back on Monday, the paint dried within 30 min, it is so hot and humid here, i can't drink enough fluids to keep up with how much i am sweating.
Feeling really exhausted but happy that i managed to achieve something and making mum happy. that is all i want.
hugs my sweet princess, please be kind to yourself, thinking of you often.
Jacques
