catching up

Oh that would have been so nice if you could have got control of your anxiety, yes i get the same when i am really anxious, i want to throw up and i get really agitated too. Can you breath with me Karen, deep breaths in and out? it is hard to get control of your anxiety, i am only to happy to help if you want to?

Oh my angel, you had better be quick and get to the front of the line. it is a shame they don't take the meds to each room, i know at the hospital in my town they do.

Oh my angel, you might be right, it would be so nice to think i would not be scared of you in real life, i seem to be getting more scared of people lately, maybe it is the extra stress i am under or because i am going out more.

Karen, please try breathing with me, it will help.

Oh Karen, yes you can, you just need some encouragement and support, i hope i can provide that support, the streagth is their Karen, you just need encouragement to find the self-esteem and self-worth, once you find that, the sky will be the limit.

You can get their Karen, i believe in you my friend, always remember you have me to support and believe in you, i know you can get through this Karen, i know you don't believe so i will believe for you 🙂

Karen, I wish i could show you kindness and respect you have always deserved, you have had such a tough life and you should never have had to go through what you did, i just hope now you can feel the kindness and respect in my words.

My wish for you is to live a happy life with the girls in your dream home, of a night i imagine the girls playing on their trampoline and you sitting on the veranda or gardening, enjoying the sound of the girls laughing and the river running. i imagine a beautiful home with only love and kindness and happyness. i know deep down you will get their, even if it takes a little while.

Karen, remember to dream, it is so important to keep people like us going, i dream for myself too, imagine what life can be like for me, whether the dream becomes reality who knows, but it will always be their 🙂

Karen, you can't be let down by a dream, dreams are just somewhere you want to be in the future, i dream of being normal, i dream of having a life, i dream about a lot of things, i know none of them will ever come true but it gives me something to keep going when i don't want to.

Please try my angel, i do whatever i can to keep going, not for me, but for mum and you, i owe mum so much and i am so glad to have your support, being here for you is the least i can do to pay you back for your support 🙂

Oh my angel, who knows, one day we might meet, no one knows what the future holds. i just hope if we do you don't run away from me, so many people here are scared of me, i would never want you to be scared of me Karen.

have you managed to read much more of your novel? i read the blurb of what your book is about, i would not have picked you to be into the romatic novels 🙂

I am going to try to buy some more books to read soon. i really need to get my concentration back, plus i want something to read in the winter.
