Karen, i have only ever told you my inner most secrets too, no one not even my parents know the things about me that you know. i have never put this much trust in another person before, i have broken my own rule of trusting no one.
you Karen, have broken a rule i have held most sacred, you have made me comfortable enough to trust you with these things. and i know how much that trust means to you, i am so glad you broke down mmy defences.

To me trust is the most sacred thing. I have never trusted anyone until now.
Im always too scared of being hurt .that the things I tell someone can be used against me.

It is so nice to see you thinking and interacting with good things in your life. i am so proud of you Karen, you havve had a really rough few weeks and you fight on, Karen, you are so strong, even if you don't see it, you really are.
