Karen, please be safe, call an abulance if it gets too bad, i know tfrom experiance the symptoms can be very scary.
i hope you manage some sleep my angel, i will watch over you tonight, please drink plenty of fluids, it will help.

how are you today my friend I been so concerned about you. I never want anything bad to happen. I wish I could protect you from your demons.
im really not looking forward to this party its at inflatable world so im thinking it means alot of screaming children. I also don't know how to get there thats adding to my anxiety.

No problem I just hope you managed some rest without night terrors. Maybe sweet dreams of me 😄
I am OK my angel, still flat but keeping busy. In the shed cleaning.
My angel I will always be here for you, I am not going anywhere, so please don't worry.
My angel look up the directions on Google maps.
I will be here for you, remember it is only 2 hours, you can do this my angel. I will be here for you and I will be holding your hand. No one can harm you.
Just distract, breath and chat to me 🙂

ok my angel, just breath, deep breaths, is their somewhere sort of quiet you can sit?
i am here holding your hand, their is nothing to be afraid of. watch your girls play focus on that and not your surroundings if you need to focus on the grass or a tree or some thing in the yard.
i am here my angel you are not alone, imagine me standing beside you holding your hand, smile at me and just hold my hand tight.
