It feels safe along this beach, i think i could even lay in the soft dry sand and rest comfortably.

Dear @hiddeniteIs there any time during the day for you to book into a good group that is local ... so you dont have to spend so much time getting from A to B ... it is exhausting and would stress most people.
Anything .. singing, yoga, water exercises ... something for you to centre within yourself regularly at least once per week in the company of other adults ... though you dont actually have to talk to them for months if you dont want to .. just smile, nod or wave and move on ... with your daily stuff.
I am seeing beautiful souls a little like large colourful jelly fish swishing and swaying in the deep water .. but light from the sun above is shining through them.
take care all

I love the sand between my toes and also the ripples that occur in it at beaches with large high tides.
And all the wild life ... litlle crabs flitting about.

@hiddenite , yes, modelling/copying what someone is doing is really helpful.
Can you access Youtube videos? There are some Youtube videos which can guide you through breathing techniques, like you did on the phone.
I lay making sand angels (as opposed to 'snow angels') feeling the sand run through my fingers and toes.
