My angel, i wonder if it has something to do with the vibration of the 4X4 while you are driving, i know when i mow the lawns my hands shake for 20 minutes after from the vibration?
I know it worries you, but you need to distract, because if you are like me you will think up the worst possible outcome and it very rarly is the case.
My angel, i am very anxious, my aunt decided to stay the night and today too, i washed her car for her trip and tried to be out of the house as much as possible so she could not see how anxious i was.
i felt so aweful sleeping all afternoon, she must think i am fat and lazy, her children both work full time and have families and they are younger than me 😞
trying meditation and breathing excercises to try to slow down the arenaline, but i am not in a good way wit hthe things i am doing to myself, you know what i mean.
my angel, i will have my fingers crossed tomorrow goes well for you and you get the help you so desperatly need.

It would be nice just to chat my angel,
how did the girls go at their frist real week fo school? how was your mum? what are you doing now?
Tonight is cool outside, but i am burning up, i think my anxiety is making me hot, i have the AC going even though it is only 29 outside.
today i was doing some more work on the plans for the kitchen, i figured out how i am going to attach the exhaust tubing to the outside of the house without putting anymore holes in the walls or roof, i am going to use and existing air vent for the rangehood. i hope it works.

Oh no Karen, that is not good, the poor little things, maybe in time they will get comfortable, maybe it is the change that is upsetting them.
Karen you need to get your youngest to stop hitting you, it is not good for her or you, you need to get it under control before ti becomes a habit.
Karen, you are not a failure, the girls just have high anxiety, many children do, i am sure they are not the only ones with not liking their teachers.
i am glad you are being pro active and seeing the welfaire councillor.
My angel, i am so glad you are relaxing a bit, you so deserve it. Oh not not another tooth, i hope you don't have to answer questions again 🙂
i am hoping to start around easter time, we have picked out all the colours for the kitchen, now i have to wait to be able to buy all the parts needed to do it.

I know my angel, do you think her anger is getting worse or stabilising? the biting is definatly a no-no, you need to set clear boundires for her, i know she is hurting, but she needs to find another way to channel the hurt and frustration.
Karen tomorrow i will see if i can find anything on the internet for you to read for childhood anger, their may be some things out their you have not tried. ok?
My angel, what she does to you much bring back terrible memories, no wonder you have been so low this week, why didn't you chat to me about it, i feel so bad you are struggling so muc, Karen you are doing the best you can, that is all you can do.

Karen can you read a book, or is your concentration not up to it?
I understand Karen, it is how you coped with him, and i suppose your girl has watched him and is mimmicking her father.
Karen so you know from what you say it is a greiving thing wit hthe loss of her father, and/or the upheavel from the family home, do you thing the stress from your mum is causing her to do this more often?
please give me time to research, i will get back to you about how to get her help.
my angel, i am always here for you, i wish i could be their for you to speak to me, you really need someone to debreif, it is not good you handling all this on your own, it is a lot of work for one person.
my breathing is ok, but i have been telling my aunt how anxious i am, she says she can't see how anxious i am, i must be really good at hiding it now, no one seems to see it. maybe it is all in my head.
