my angel, please just keep safe, rest as much as you can, and if it gets to the point of you not being safe, please go to emergency, i know it is difficult, but please try.

make sure you get plenty of rest, exhaustion will make things much more worse than it already is.

My angel, i so wish i could help you myself, i am sure icould do a much better job than the MH "professionals" my angel, i will never leave your side, i will always support you, allways try to help anyway i can, i have been trawling the internet, please just stay safe.

I am always here if you want someone to listen to you, or you want to chat, or just sit with me, my angel, whatever you want, i am right here for you.

I have to cook dinner now and do some odd jobs, will be back in 3 hours. 🙂

Hi My angel,

I'm back, i could not get into the odd jobs, so i have had a really lazy day, not complaining though, just can't seem to find motivation anymore, i hope i have enough energy to finish the house.

Dinner tonight was crumbed prawns and 3 veg, we wheere going to have salad but i ate it for lunch 😞

As it is against the rules of this forum to try to help you find a psychologist, i was thinking if you ever decide to reach out for help again please try going to google and typing "psychologist melbourne" that is what i am doing to try to help you find someone suitable.

A lot of phychologists offer video confrencing, if you are unable to at home i know some medical clinics will allow you to do the video confrencing from their centres, this will allow you to get treatment from anywhere in australia, please speak to your doctor about this, i was offered it from my doctor, to get treatment from Sydney.

please try Karen, their is so many ways to get help now, you just need to find the right person who will help you, look at you and me, we are both one in a million, but we found each other, and i think we get along quite well, you are so special to me now, and that is just out of a chance meeting on a forum.

Sorry my angel, i did not mean that, i just had a post removed becuase i specified a particular psychologist, it was not your fault i was just asked to reword it, no one is in trouble, just a mis understanding of the rules, that is all 🙂

My angel, you can talk about whatever you want, we wil lalways be friends, i really mean it when i say i will support you, unconditionally, anything you say to me will not affect your friendship in any way, you are way to important to me for such small things. i promise i will never judge you or put you down.

Oh my angel, it would be so nice to share my lounge with you, their is plenty of room, and even a blanket to keep you warm, you can have the sleeping bag, or a knitted blanket my great grandmother made me 🙂
