Oh my angel,
I hope the girls are excited about the day and not worried about it, i am so glad she loved her presents, and the house sounds like a princess wonderland 😄
My angel, if your family give you trouble i will be here today to support you, if your family is not nice, try to spend time with the girls playing, i hope you are able to get some joy seeing your girls happy.
My angel, just try to focus on the moment, don't look at clocks and watches, i find it makes things go really slow.
yes, a quiet day at home, it is so hot here already i will not be going outside, i think i will just work on my computers.

i hope you are enjoying yourself too, @Former-Member is right, make some special memories with your little girl, these are the days to get you through rough times.
Mum has just accepted an invite to her cousins house for dinner, so i have to go, not good 😞 don;t know if i will be on here tonight, i will try.

i will see if i can chat with you tonight, i just don't want to be rude while i am their. 😞 i am going to miss you heaps.
no mum is really excited and i want her to be happy, even if it means more anxiety for me 😞

Hi My angel,
It sounds like you are having areally tough time, i think you are trying to fight the dark thoughts too much, it is like when we try to go to sleep we can't, if that makes any sense.
Try to stay in the moment, allow the thoughts to be, but make sure they know their place, i know how frustrating the thoughts and moods can be, but these are the times we need to be gentle with ourselves and focus in the moment and not allow our thoughts to dominate that moment.
