Oh my angel, that would be great, no need to check all day, i don't even know when the appointment is, i wil lfind out this afternoon, so please don't check the computer every hour, just when you get some spare time it would be nice to get the odd message from my angel 🙂
Oh no Karen, you poor thing and your daughter too, i think she might be worried about you also, i wish she did not have any night terrors, she does not deserve to be troubled by such things.
Karen please try not to focus on the labels your treaing team give you, they are just a diagnosis so they can formulate a treatment plan for you, your label does not define who you are, it just defines the treatments available.
Karen please do not be ashamed, their are many, many people with mental illness, of all varying degrees, some simple, some complex, i wish we could sit and talk or chat privatly through email, i get very sad you have no one to help get things off your mind, i would like to be the person you could confide in 🙂
My angel i would never judge you or make you feel bad about what they label you as, to me you are a loving mother, caring woman, awsome friend, wonderful person and a kind soul.
Karen that is all anyone needs to know, no one needs to know the labels your treating team put on you, that is between you and your MH professionals 🙂
hugs my angel, to me you are the world and all the stars combined, you are priceless. 😄
Jacques

It is ok Karen, i know it wil ltake you time to come to terms with it, i know the burden of labels, i think that is why i am so scared of being diagnosed, it is possible they have reached the end of their expertise, but please don't write offf another treatment, if it helps you life a happy life it is worth it, even if it is uncomfortable to deal with.
I think i know what it is and their is nothing to be ashamed of, people are cruel Karen, if it is not your label it would be something else. the trick is to avoid people who are mean and people who are nice and like you unconditionally closer, Karen you are not your illness, anyone who treats you as such is not worth your time.
Karen, it would not matter to me what you where diagnosed with, i know you, the real you, the Karen who shines every day, who helps me and encourages me to keep going, would you be ashamed if you where diagnosed with cancer, or any other physical illness?
Karen i know it is tough, i know you are scared of what people think and what lays ahead, we all are, i know i am, we just have to take each day as it comes. endure the pain and hurt, and enjoy the happy times when they come.
That is all we can ask for. i wish we could talk more openly my angel, maybe one day we will be able to 🙂
hugs
Jacques

Karen you are nothing like him, just because you have the same diagnosis does not mean you are the same, i know you would not hurt anyone, i know you are not manipulative i know you Karen, yes you mood is up and down, so is mine.
Please Karen don't compaire yourself to him, you are not him, you are a loving mother, caring woman, awsome friend and caring soul, he was none of that.
Karen please focus on who you are not what you have been labeled with. i will never leave your side not even for a minute, well maybe to stop in at the local coffee shop 😄 but that is all.
you are wonderful Karen, labels are ment for softdrink, not people. 🙂
