I am so proud of you today, you started out with such high anxiety and managed it all day and now you are spending time with your little girls, it brings a smile to my face imagining you all together, i hope the colouring in goes well, all three of you are so artistic.

how are you feeling now, are you distracting? make sure you watch your breathing, nice deep breaths, even go to the window and breath in the fresh air.

well, this afternoon i put up mum's embroidery, well one of them, i put in the new speaker cable, but did not wire it up as it was way too hot. the new speaker cable is horrible to work with, it has a funny coating on it, but the wire inside is really good so i will persivere, tomorrow i am washing the car and checking the fuids and tires, ready to take mum's friend to the hospital on wendsday for surgery. It will be my first time going to town on my own in 9 years, feeling ver nervious.
