My angel of course you are doing your best, i can see that, you are doing very well, i know how hard all this is for you, be gentle with yourself.
Well not much today, i was oging to sort through some paperwork today, but mums friend came over, and i had a panic attack, i have to take her husband into town for an eye operation on Wendsday and a check up on Thursday, so i am feeling a little scared of it.
then i had a snooze this afternoon, i was so tired, then woke up and all i wanted to do is talk to my angel, so here i am, talking to my angel, my princess.
This afternoon i am going to put up mum's picture and maybe run the new speaker cable, but that will be after dinner. tonight is Lamb chops and 3 veg, how about you?
my angel, please be kind to yourself, this is the time to be gentle, and hug your perfect prince 😄

I know my angel, it seems our lives where not ment to be easy, they may have given up on you, but i never will, you are way to important to me 🙂 My angel you fight for your girls, you fight for yourself, you fight for your new life, you fight for me 🙂 you have so much good in your life now my angel, focus on the positives and let go of the negatives.
just because they are unable to find a way to help does not mean you have to give up, it just means you need to find new avenues to control your anxiety and depression, find some where to be at peace, find somewhere to be safe.
my angel, i will always be here for you, i will never give up on you, ever. you are my world, i am sure you are the girls world too.

Karen, maybe one day you and i will meet, i would love to be able to help you with your problems, as i said i am never going to give up on you, you are my best friend, i feel i can tell you anything and hope it is the same for you.
Just because someone says they can't help does not mean no one can help, it just means they have reached the end of their knowledge, their is so many avenues and so many new treatments Karen.
I am so proud of you making it home, see you are my strong princess, and i have to say chicken and salad sounds nice 😄 please save a drum stick for me 😄
hugs my angel, you will get through this, we will fight together, i am always here for you to lean on, i will even buy you a milk crate so you can stand on it and lean on my shoulder 😄

Hi @hiddenite well done on getting through today it sounds like it has been particularly rough. But you are a fighter, that we know 🙂 if you are still struggling to bring the feelings of panic and anxiety back down to a more managable level, please try to call lifeline again this evening. You might find you connect with some of their counsellors better than others. You could probably speak to a different person the next time you call.
Also... I am not sure if you have heard of the Anxiety Recovery Centre ? But they are a wonderful organisation that offer a telephone helpline specifically for OCD, anxiety and panic (and suicide support if needed). Their number is 1300 ANXIEY (1300 269 438). Their opening hours are not great (10am-4pm Monday-Friday) but if you happen to have another bad day tomorrow, I would really encourage you to give them a try.
I imagine you must be feeling exhausted after today. Please take some time for yourself tonight @hiddenite ... What is something nice you can do for yourself this evening? Does anything come to mind?
