My angel, you will always have my support and i will care for you unconditionally, you mean so much to me, you are part of my family, my angel, be kind to yourself, i know the pains you are going through, i go through them too, but thinking of you keeps me safe, please Karen, find your safe place, your girls, this forum, Lifeline.

hugs my angel, you are worth it to me 🙂 you should be so proud of yourself too Karen, you fight so hard, for your self and me, please stay safe tonight, i could not bear to lose you, you are my world.
remember your breathing, coping box, meditation, mindfullness, essential oils, nice thoughts of the girls and me 🙂 even a short walk around the house, or a glass of water, even splashing your face wit hsome water makes all the difference.
i am really trying my angel, i have reached into my bag of coping tricks, and this is what i can come up with, i know you know how to stay safe in times like these, break the night down into hours and minutes. and rmemeber i am always here for you, you are never alone.
