I know you would have been restless last night, with anxiety, can you step outside for a few minutes and take some deep breaths or have a cold shower to help, I know it does for me.
My angel, I wish you did not have to go through all this, just remember how wonderful the future is going to be, grasp it with both hands, things will get better and easier.

My angel we go through this hundreds of times a year, it will only last until the appointment, like all the panic attacks that have come before, they do not last Karen, they are just a bump in the road.

i know how it is my angel,
I have been their many times, i have wanted to give up but go on for you and mum 🙂 you have to go on for yourself your girls and me 🙂 your prince 😄
my angel, i promis this will pass, try to distract Karen, i do anything i can to keep my mind off appointments, right up until the moment, play with the girls or do some washing or go out for a milkshake, do anything to distract Karen.
i know things are dark right now, but it is only a short term thing, you long term outlook is good, nice home, loving children, great friend 🙂
