Karen, please be careful, if you feel uncomfortable and don't want to give her money and let her in your home, then don't.
If the girls feel uncomfortable, then listen to them, this is your life now, please don't let anyone take advantage of you anymore, i am so scared people will use you fro your money and your good nature or foce you into doing something because of your anxiety.
it is always your choice Karen, please remember that, you have the ultimate say now. it sounds like she is living above her means and is not good with money, if she treats you badly then you should not feel guilty about wanting to look after your self and your children, you have all had such a bad time, i hope you and the girls can start a new life, maybe tell her to ask your mum.
hugs my angel, sometimes i am thankful i have no contact with my family.
i hope you rest well tonight, thank you so much for today, my special princess, you help me more than you know.
hugs, miss you already, can't wait for tomorrow 🙂
Jacques

Hi my angel,
sorry if i am a bit all over the place today, i am just setting up my new internet config, please be careful with your money Karen, always remember this money has to last you and the girls for your lifetime, once it is gone that is it. it is so hard doing it tough, believe me i used all mum's inhertiance and we lived on very little for 7 years, it was extremly tough, we went without food showers and even without a fridge, this can get muhc worse.
i do hope your family is not taking advantage of you Karen, i really worry they are using you.
i do understand how stamp duty works, you get a discount because you are an owner/buyer, if you let your sister live their you would be classified as an investor, for the sake of you and the girls please just you and the girls move in, you all need time to heal, time to get comfortable and time to set a routine, to make things stable for you and the girls.
hugs my angel, i know it is tough, but you need to stay strong for you and the girls.
Jacques
