catching up

Oh my angel,

I was really hoping you could get some rest, i managed a pretty good night, i only woke up 3 times, so i am happy, but my back is so sore, i did something to it yesterday, aaaah, always something.

Oh well, i am used to living in extreme poverty, as long as i don't have to go back to showering out of buckets, making my own underwear and using bits of tin in my worn out shoes i will be happy. Karen i am always going to be poor, i just got someunlucky cards in life, no ones fault.

My thoughts are with you too my angel, i hope you manage a quiet day, i am hoping to have a quiet day myself, so if you need someone to talk to i will be here, i hope you managed some rest my angel.

I know by now you are by the river, i so wish you where not alone their, i would like to sit with you their, Karen i hope things work out for you in the long run, just have faith that things will work out in the end.

I do wish you could see how coragious you are, facing all this, i know it is hard, but you are not alone, you have me , i hope the IBS is not too bad today.

Hi My angel

Karen you told me last night you where going to be by the river today. What a beautiful way to spend the day, i wish i was with you.

Karen, i think you look at everything as a whole, try to do 1 thing a day, break it down into smaller tasks, i have the same problem seeing every thing as a whole and it does become overwhelming, like with the painting, i am painting 1 wall a day, well not the last 2, but i try to do 1 thing per day. if it gets done good, if it does not well it can wait until tomorrow.

My back is still tender, i think moving that cabinet into the house i must have twisted the wrong way or something, it is slowely getting their, yes the after noon snooze was good, but night time is aweful.

My angel you are always in my thoughts, from the moment i wake till the moment i go to sleep.

i am sure you are busy now so i will leave you to it, please try to write every thing down that needs to be done and prioritise in order of what needs to be done first, then just focus on that one thing.

Oh my angel, please don't be so hard on yourself, it is ok, i just didn't want you to think i am stalking you , i have memory problems too, it is just part of the MI.

I know you have so much going on in your life, please just try to slow it down, i have to do the same, i really struggle when things move too fast.

Oh Karen, please try to have a shower, i have days where i am too exhausted too, but after you have one you are happy you did. even if you just stand under the water Karen, it is soothing.

Karen, i am hoping to watch star trek 2 and 3 tonight, they are showing the whole series on SBS2, so this will be my first time watching them all together, my father was right into star trek, even had a model of the Enterprise, with lights!!!!!

I hope the girls are a bit calmer, Karen i am always here if you need someone to sit with or a shoulder to cry on, you are my best friend, i don't like seeing you like this, you deserve to be happy.

Well Karen, believe it or not, i never answer the door to anyone, but if it was ever you i would be falling over myself to answer it, that is how much i think of you, i would even answer the phone if it was you, that is saying something, i have not answered the phone in years!!!!

OMG My angel, you are welcome to share my sleeping bag, a word of warning though, it is a bit smelly because i am using it so much

OMG my shoulders are huge, all the lifting i do, the only problem i can think of is i would have to sit for you to lean on , oh Karen, i would love that, give you a hug too and tell you everything will be alright, i know everything seems hopeless now, but things change in unexpected ways, i am so happy to have you in my life, you are the only person i know, i have spoken to you more than my own family!!!!
