Hi Karen, well i hope you are getting some rest by now, i hope you don't have any night terrors tonight, it is 1am and i can't sleep, i am about to try reading, to see if that helps me go to sleep.
Please take it easy tomorrow when you get some time to yourself, enjoy the simple things, the birds, the river, the wildlife, i know things are overwhelming, i know you are struggling, Karen you are not alone with this, i get overwhelmed easy too.
Try to do something nice for yourself, a haircut, a coffe at a cafe, or some shopping, whatever makes you happy Karen, you need some pampering.
My thoughts are with you my friend, i only want the best for you, you deserve it.
Jacques

OK Karen, please don't stress too much, here is what i want you to do, go to centrelink tomorrow or call 132 717 and they will send the forms to you, best and quickest if you go in and ask for the forms for Disability Support Pension. then go to your doctor and get the relavent form filled out, while you are with your doctor see if he can organise your treating team to help with the forms and taking them to centrelink, i did that and it was so much help for me to have someone to ask questions.
Karen this is not the end of it, just because you where inelligable for one does not mean you are not Inelligable full stop.
Karen i know the feeling, i am very good with legal paperwork, i do know you would be elligable for the DSP, because if i am you defilately would be, you need to do something, you can't live on your savings, they will go so fast, i did that for 7 years, and i am crippled financially.
I hope the girls are more settled this afternoon, i know how it is, the stress involved in all this is emence, please talk to me, i do understand, just stay strong.
Karen, i know the centrelink thing inside and out, i have been on welfare all my life, i will help you, just ask.
Please be kind to yourself. i am worried about you my angel, you are always in my thoughts.
