catching up

it is just puff pastry baked then you pour think custard over it and make passion fruit icing, not so difficult, but very yummy, the only problem with my local bakery is they do not have Creme patisier they either use custard or use cream.

I used to go to the best bakery i have ever been to on the Gold Coast, the place is called Sactury cove, look it up on google, it is so nice their, they have this top little bakery, it is just awsome.

OMG Karen, now i am hungry!!!!!!! too much good food, is their many Delicatessant's in Melbourne? Dad said when he lived their it was the closest smoked products he has had since he left his homeland.

Wow, sausages, they make me sick, i have had so many of them over the years, they are a cheap meal, we lived on them, but i hope you enjoy.

Wow, you are so lucky Karen, all i have here is backwards country folk, not very pleasent, they hate outsiders, i bet most people get on in Melbourne?

I so wish i was in the City again, it is a totally different culture, i so miss Brisbane.

Hi my angel,

well another day done, have just had a shower, nice and warm, finished painting the table, wait a couple of days for it to dry then bring it back into the loungeroom. oooops, i forgot to water the pot plants, oh well, do that tomorrow morning 😉

sitting at my computer enjoying my second last coffee of the night, it is so nice, creamy & bitter, just the way i like it 😄

aaaaawwwwww that is so sweet Karen, i so wish i was their, i have never been shown any affection, your girls are so lucky to have you as their mum, i wish my mum had of shown affection when i was little, too late now 😞

i have never heard of that TV show, although i must admit it has been a long time since i have watched tv before 9pm.

Ah i think it is too late for me to get close to anyone, i think being a child in a non affectionate environment i would not make a good partner, i can't be touched now, any sort of physical affection i pull away from, it would not be pleasent for a partner, it would be a very cold relationship. 😞
