Oh no Karen, only clouds, still i bet just seeing the sky will be nice enough.

Karen you scare me sometimes, i wonder if you are a dream, we seem to like all the same things, food, movies, entertainment, scents. Wow, you really are my best friend in every sense of the word.

Oh Karen, that is fantastic, i am so glad you got some good rest, this really is a new start for you, i just know it, i am so happy to protect you my angel, i had a really nice evening, you are the best Karen, i can't thank you enough, you are such a good friend.

I am going to do some more painting and make another cabinet for DVD's, so it should be busy, please do something special today for you and the girls, you all deserve it.

Oh my angel, that really makes me smile, knowing you had a great night, i have to say i have never experianced a night like last night, i was not focused on my panic attacks or how crap my life is, i was just enjoying the moment with you. Thank you so much for a wonderful night. and for showing me what normal is like.

Well i have just packed up and had a shower, got 2 coats of paint on the wall, it looks nice, well better than it did, and i got the DVD cabinet made, it is just scraps of timber, but it will do. ii have put the first coat of enamel paint on the cabinet, but i think it may need 3-4 coats, because the MDF is soaking it up.

I hope your day was nice, and you had some fun with the girls outside. best wishes my friend, this is truly a new start for you, i just know it.

Oh MY angel, i understand, the girls are just happy to have you home, I hope you and the girls are spending some quality time together, please spend as much time with them as possible, it has been hard on them too.

I know how it is Karen, just take it easy, take your time, sometimes it is better being in a structured environment, i am here if you get overwhelmed and need to talk, just be kind to yourself, you have had a tough time this year.
