Hi my angel, yes i got a little rest, and a big panic attack, so at least some rest is good.
My mum is so supportive of me, on boxing day she could see i was distressed and got me out of their, even though i told her to enjoy herself.
Mum thinks it is fantastic we talk, mum has seen a reeal change in me since we regained contact. mum thinks you are very risillient wheat you have been through, i have not told her much, but she is just happy i have someone who understands.
mum sometimes struggles with my thoughts and panic attacks, she says she can't understand because she has not had it, but is willing to help me where she can.
Karen, i am always here for you, i always will be, and mum supports us talking so no problem 🙂

I'm so glad you mum is ok with you talking to me. I don't want to cause you any problems.
I tried to get the girls to go to the beach or the park but they refused.

mum is just happy I have some peer support, and is happy I have a friend. so no need for you to worry about us talking, I am sorry I tell mum some stuff, I just want to make sure I don't say the wrong thing to you. you are to precious to me to mess it all up with saying something stupid.
oh the poor little ones, they are really worried about you, or maybe they don't want to be their either. you mean more to them than some silly beach.
Karen, never be sorry, being worried about you tells me you are a good friend, I only want you to be safe and be happy. and to make your own choices.

I am so sorry karen, I am going out to trim some trees, so I will be back online about 7:45pm, I know I promised I would be here for you, but it is so cool and I have a little energy so I told mum we will trim them.
I promise I will let you know as soon as I get back on.

well my angel, I have just finished trimming 4 trees. OMG they are so hard to keep now, they are 4m high and I have to trim the tops.
Miss piggy looks funny she has a water line from her mud bath, it goes all the way from her curly tail to her snout, so cute, she is so proud of herself.
The chickens watched me intensely while I was trimming the trees, they must have thought I had grain or corn 🙂
it is a nice temp here ATM, warm but not too hot.
Well I am going to take a nice long shower my angel, will be back soon.

Oh don't worry about my problems, they are nothing compaired to yours. i get them every night so it is normal for me.
