My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Thank you all for your continued support.

@outlander @Faith-and-Hope thankyou for sitting with me last night. @Sans911 I know you were here too even when you are not.

Got a little sleep last night before the flashbacks started again. Have pdoc again this morning. The new prn's he has me on are making me sleepy but not really doing anything for the anxiety or flashbacks, so will let him know that.

I really want to try and stay out of hospital this weekend as it is easter and I want to be around for the kids. Hopefully he will agree to that. After that, I don't really care anymore.

On a good note, hubby has booked himself in to go and have a chat to someone which I am hoping helps both of us in the long run.

The little sleep part was good, as opposed to no sleep ..... Sounds like the new pm needs looking at, and you’re onto it.
