My special place

I used to work in a women's shelter @Former-Member so know how hard it is for the women. It is great you are helping out too and hope they get back to you soon. I do know it is hard at the moment with restrictions on everything but the refuges are unfortunately not seeing less women Crime is down in all other areas but domestic abuse is still very high - I think a lot of us knew that would be the case sadly.

Hm I think I need to contact them @Zoe7 You are so kind. I haven't met people in life that care.

Do contact them @Former-Member It will show you are still keen to help and you never know what will come of it.

I am going to head off now Hon - the footy is on soon and I want to wash up before it comes on. I might be back later but I am tired so not sure. If not goodnight and sleep well.

Its okay @Former-Member ... no need to apologise, and nothing to forgive. I've been there, so I do understand. I also know life is tough for you, and you use drinking as a coping mechanism. Thats a really hard habit to try to break. I know you are doing your best, and I know you can get through. One step at a time, and try not to punish yourself for any lapses along the way. You are only human. 💞
