Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Think it will be an early night just so I can give my brain a break.

It is always easier to help others then ourselves @outlander if only we listened to our own words

Good news however, Miss 15 has got another trial tomorrow night. Hoping she ends up with a job out of it. She came home exhausted after 3 hours last night. I just laughed and told her to get used to it!!!

That’s awesome news about Miss 15 and I am so happy that you laughed!!

I hope those things bothering you become smaller, and yes it’s hard to take our own advice @Snowie

I put on makeup today for the Skype consult with pdoc (first time in ages) and he laughed.

I’m going to the Friday feast with @Bunniekins

that is true. its only a trial but its a good way to see how she handles things @Snowie

headaches are coming back. just finished cooking dinner so will rest a while. i should go get my meds but i might just leave it. i dunno

Only go to the chemist if you feel ok to drive hun, there is always tomorrow. Do you need them tonight or have you got something to take for the headache.

the meds i take for the headache dont agree with my stomach but the other meds are for reflux. i guess i can live without them again for another night. ill just get them in the morning before i got help at an event for 2 hrs @Snowie im going to need them i think.
