My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Yes @outlander it did get a bit tricky this afternoon but I’ve had prn chocolate and meds so more settled now.

Did you get to the chemist?

no @Eve7 i keep forgetting. its so annoying. ive driven past it a few times today and it didnt even occur to me i had to stop in there. they are open till 930 though so i could go after dinner

Perhaps go after dinner if you need too @outlander I remembered to go today, was out of meds.

Sometimes I wish I could tell myself to shut up and stop. I can say it to others easily but when it comes to myself, well that is a different story......

I was overthinking all afternoon @Snowie about what I’d do if I had to stay in or worse still go back to psych hospital. I worried over nothing which is usually the case isn’t it??? Was it anything in particular? Do you need prn chocolate?

@outlander you better get those meds in a safe car or Mama bear 🐻 will put on her cranky pants!!!!

im borrowing a car @Eve7 this one is safe and good. my cars parked on the lawn waiting to see when a friend or family members whose good with cars can do it otherwise ill have to ask around and see if any mechanics travel to my house its all safe so no need to worry 💜 ive only got one headlight but its alright its only a short distance and most of it is well lite anyway
