My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Had psych appointment via zoom today. Seemed to go ok but just hard concentrating, so session was a bit shorter then normal. My brain fog seems to have set in and I am having a hard time remembering things that happen in the last month. They say it is a normal part of ect but I am struggling to deal with it and the fog/memory loss that I have. Unfortunately it is not erasing the memories I want it too 😒

I am sorry to anyone who has told me things and now I can't remember what you told me. My ect treatment certainly has put a spanner in the works and the last 2-3 months are just a fog. Even things that happened yesterday are difficult to remember. It is not that you are not important to me or that your issues/problems/successes are not crucial, it is just that I am having trouble rembering most things.

I am intrested in what is happening in your lives and as a cg I want to support you all, I am just finding it very hard to fulfill that role at the moment due to my memory.

To whoever is reading this I hope you are going ok and your day is going well. Please remember too that I am only a tag away.

No need to apologise @Snowie but I am sorry this fog is distressing you.

I have written down my PIN numbers and passwords (just have to remember where). I am also feeling embarrassed when my mind goes completely blank and I have no idea what I am doing.

I am staying home this weekend to just be alone in my garden.
