Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Hey @Snowie I’ve been for a walk, out to brekky with friends and then to see The Sound of Music for the 200th time (yes I exaggerate) so it’s been busy and hard not to be disconnected but I got through it all.

I am sorry @Snowie that your day hasn’t been good and I wish I could sprinkle fairy dust over your head to make it all better.

Sometimes I think the sweet anaesthetic sleep is more helpful than the ECT.

My day has been average. Lots of flashbacks and some dissociation. My brain is leading me down a dark path at the moment.

I have read some of your posts, and am concerned for you. You seem to be there for so many others, please look after yourself too sweetheart. You are super important to us here.
