It's going okish @Eve7 This afternoon has been tricky. Have ECT early in the morning so will be going to get my meds soon and go to sleep.

It takes time @Snowie and we need to be patient. I’m pleased it’s kind of ok but thinking of you with it being tricky.

I have really struggled today but I haven’t slipped up so that’s a win. I went out this afternoon and watched some kids I coached going through their paces. For 1 hour I was really happy but now I realise that I still have a long way to go.

I was supposed to have a blood test today but couldn’t face it so pdoc has arranged it when I am at the hospital tomorrow.
