My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

things are said when people are upset , people don`t mean what they say when these times comes up

it is up to you if you want to send a text or ring your brother

sometimes those things are the hardest to do

I am so torn @outlander

I know what he did was wrong, but I still care for him and am concerned for him. If I make contact will I make things worse for him and for me? I know he will be very upset and I feel heart broken for him but I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place.

He was only 42. I knew him since I was about 10. He was such a big part of the extended family.

Everything seems so confusing now

@Snowie are you able to contact the family friends parents to say your condolences? since he was like family they would also know you fairly well so i dont think it would be weird if you sent a msg to them themselves rather then to your brother.

it would be really hard for you in relation to your brother. what he did was wrong and still affects you but i also know you have the big heart to help. that rock and hard place is really awful esp when it comes to this sort of thing. im not sure what the answer is, if i was in your spot i would be the same

Yeah I guess I can contact the family @outlander at some stage.

I am not going to make any decisions tonight, it seems all too hard at the moment. I can't deal with this

you dont have to make any decisions tonight @Snowie your also grieving yourself. while you may not have been as close its still someone youve known for so long that it would be hard not to be affected.

can you do some self care tonight? that might be a good idea

I don't know what to do @outlander I just took a prn to try and calm down a bit. My eyes keep leaking.

Can you just sit with me please for awhile. H isn't home at the moment. I have rang him but he is still a bit off. Please.

of course @Snowie we can sit or talk about something else. whatever you need. its ok to not know what you need right now either. you need to process things too. tears are a good release sometimes
