My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

brains can be pretty stupid sometimes cant they

I can understand that regret hun, happened too many times to me too.

How does any one cope with the mange that is my mind. If I unlock the door, everything becomes so frazzled. My baby girl is here & she is a surety. Otherwise, in the context of COVID-19, everything is just so pointless. For me I have withstood the provision of multiple therapeutic sessions. I believe I continue to provide assistance to so many. I have no interest whatsoever in anything, just so stuck in a cycle of meaningless. Our world is over & I so wish I wasn't around to experience it. My memories are nasty & on replay, this is now incessant. I have to surrender, perhaps I will again resurrect.

im going to take some more pain relief and get a heatpack to see if I can get some more pain under control again. ill come back when im set up in bed
