And just like you, nobody in my real life even knows about my MH struggles. Its my closely held secret. I just dont have the courage to talk to anyone other than my psych.

But here, I can be very open and honest. Its a nice feeling to know you are understood and supported by others here.

You are already supportive of others, simply by being here now, and expressing your gratitude of them.

Managed to get to a group today too. Was a bit like you, proud that I saw it out and sat through the whole thing.

Going to try and go to some tomorrow too. Gives me something to do during the day and makes the day go quicker.
