My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Sorry to hear about your sh @Eve7 I can relate to that. Even though I am safer in hospital the urges are still there.

@Former-Member It is good someone else is going through the same treatment.

A chai latte sounds nice. Only got coffee, tea or hot milo here.

I am safe here too @Snowie but I found a way and they were quick to respond as there’s cctv. It just was too strong at the time.

Wnen we meet next @Former-Member can you please bring chai latte for us both?
