My heart goes out to those in conflict, those doing it tough, those coping ok, those who are in turmoil and those whose future on here is uncertain.

In today's time, I think we are all having a difficult time on many different fronts and our own mental health has to be our main priority. To put it bluntly, the world is a mess.
