My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

I was personally have a bad day/night yesterday and close to meltdown, I came on here to check in with a couple of people I would even say friends. Because you guys here have quickly become friends for me. Anyway on of them has been having a tough time and the last post I was trying to reply to got deleted before I could as they threatened self harm.

My question is how do you deal with it, the not knowing weather or not they hurt themselves. It tipped me over the edge last night into full meltdown. I am fine, a friend was with me when I reacted and spent the night helping me calm myself and gather my thoughts. Any tips on how to deal with this in the future.

Sorry to hear @outlander Sounds like it has been a difficult day for you too.

I'm going ok, better then yesterday. Managed to have a shower this morning (yea for me!)

Hey @outlander, motivation has gone missing from everywhere😞 I just vacuumed my lounge room rug so I didn't have to look a my cats fur on it and I am exhausted now! The rest of my house is a bomb site.

Can you take anthing for you allergies/cough? Hope it doesn't last too long my friend💖

Its been an average day. Just think alot has to do with bordeom as well. Nothing to do and can't go very far. Theres nothing to do to fill in the day now.

Careful @outlander - dry cough is one of symptoms of this virus. It's a dry cough that gradually gets worse. I hope it's nothing.

Yeh my house atm is only cleaned and disinfected properly on more high traffic or visible areas. My room looks like theres 3 or 4 people living in here cause i havent gotten round to it yet 🤦‍♀️
Ive already taken a cough remedy and an antihistamine earlier but hasnt had any effect yet. Hopefully itll clear by tomorrow 🤞

Apparently i dont qualify for testing yet @Sans911 since theres no fever or other symptoms yet and as far as im aware havent been around any infected people/not travelled.
If it gets worse or hasnt cleared by monday ill ring my gp or the virus line and find out what i should do. I just won't do anything thatll set my allergies off.

At the moment it's just me and one of my daughters at home and we don't usually get visitors and even less now so it's a case of well no one is going to see my mess so why bother. Problem is it is also causing stress because I hate it.
