Had dinner @Snowie It was yummy, Can't clean up yet though as it took all the energy and strength I had to cook it. Back on the couch resting now with pain relief on board. Standing and sitting makes the pain worse so laying down for a while again - this time if I disappear it will be because I have fallen asleep ...still very tired.

Do you have the family coming to visit tomorrow?

Family came in today and took me out to lunch. Was yummy.

I do need to do some marking and organising for the coming week @Snowie I actually don't know how I am going to get it all done and getting quite anxious about it all. I feel like I am so far behind already having last eek off and this is just another setback. All my plans for yesterday afternoon and today were thrown out the window and if the pain is no better tonight and tomorrow I can't see me getting everything done. I have meetings and/or appointments every day this week except Thursday ...the Friday meeting is one I need to be prepared for as it is with a parent of one of my kids on a learning plan and she is supposed to be quite critical if things aren't in place - that has been super hard for me to do ony really having him for a week and still doing the testing I need to do ...so whilst I have no problems meeting with the parent I do want to have everything in place this week before I meet with her. That ws going to be my focus yesterday after school but eith the aggravtion of my back injury (and having to come home) I wasn't able to do that. I just don't see how I can get everything I want to get ready done right now ....breathe maybe and tackle it tomorrow - if I can.

You have a lot of your plate hun but your mental and physical health have to come first. Little baby steps at a time and if it doesn't get all done then at least you know you have completed some of it.

Thanks @Snowie I know I can only do what I can but I am falling so far behind where I want to be with the kids. We have a parent information session in a couple of weeks so everything needs to be in place for that as well as being able to give some feedback on how the kids are doing. I still feel as though I am just getting to know the kids and much of the work I did with them last week I didn't bring home yesterday to go through - I really wasn't thinking clearly and didn't have some things organised I was going to do after school. I can see some late nights coming up this week
