im not dealing with things all that well right now, too mnay triggers including being on here so sticking to few safe threads and working on my coping book.

are you still in your own room? and still watching BBT?

In my room atm, have been watching the BBT today for a bit and listening to some music. Have had my meds so if I don't respond then I am catching zzzzzz's!!

i was watching bbt abit earlier today- watched around 4 of them while on the exercise bike trying to get out some crap in my system. im glad your able to watch bbt again i know that helps you cope. i think they need to make the seasons faster!

@outlanderI have gone back to the start and watching season 1 again!!

This hospital isn't that bad. It is only for mental health and are in sections so are put with others that have the same type of diagnosis that you have.

me too @Snowie i started back from season 10 and now at season one, will probably go back up but am looking for some other shows too that arent triggerring'

@outlanderwell it is 2 weeks to begin with but wouldn't be surprised if they push it out, will see how I go this next week.
