Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Yesterday was a really hard day and was really glad I was not at home. Had a lovely nurse sit with me for a lot of it and really listened and validated my feelings. Today has been better but still needing a couple of prn's to get through the days.

My meds have been changed a bit but still having nightmares so pdoc looking into what they can do next. Have seen pdoc everyday which has been ok, she is easy to talk to and hasn't probed as much as the other day.

Went to art therapy today which we had to do a collage of what we wanted. I sort of did a part in the middle of how I am now and all around it what is important to me and what I want to get back to. Was pretty pleased with it. Did relaxation this afternoon where you get to sit in these really comfy recliners, grab a blanket and listen to a recording. Was really nice and would be really good if we it could be done again just before bedtime.

I think I have finally settled in now. Still have got no release but am allowed 3 hours supervised leave on Sunday. So hubby and kids coming in with the dog (yea!!) and going to a dog park nearby which I am so looking forward to. Hopefully next week I can get some more time out but am ok with staying in for now. Makes me feel safer anyway.

that is really good to hear despite the struggles @Snowie well done for reaching out, im really proud of you and im so glad you had a loveley nurse too

art therapy sounded really good and relaxation too. perhaps you practice it on your own before bed or while your in bed trying to get to sleep?

thats really great news about supervised visit on sunday- im sure everyone will really enjoy that and Izzy will be excited to see you too!
