My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

that's understandable @Snowie im doing much the same thing.
What have you been up to? hows your day been? any news about the new therapy? (sorry ive forgotten the name of it 😬)

The days been just average. nothing special. I cant do much anyway esp with the amount of pain still lingering around and pops declining so they are taking priority atm.

Im glad the days been quiet but im sorry to hear about the sh though. I know its so tough for you and you cope the best way you can even if its classes as an unhealthy coping mechanism.
I hope you hear something soon and that itll be some good news.

It is pretty tough round here atm, hopefully within the next few weeks the pain will go though which will make things easier around the house.

I hope pdoc isn't to tough, Bunnings may be a good distraction afterwards too.
Not a lot on tomorrow, just horses, and pop. the house is clean but need to fold clothes and put those away. ill see how I feel but might do some crochet. have been playing a new computer game lately and has been a good distraction and time passer too.
