My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Thank you all for your continued support.

Yes he does indeed care very much for you, I suppose he gets frustrated not really understanding whats happening for you. its hard to understand mh issues unless you've experienced it yourself hey.

the main one id like fixed asap is the antenna. while ever that isn't working pops jumping at me left right and centre mostly because he is bored I guess. your right November cat come soon enough but it is also going really quickly too while im trying to sort things out now that its getting closer 😬😬

Do you have many plans for the weekend? kids sports?

Someone I know posted the pic on facebook @outlander and thought that suits me really well at the moment. Thoughts others could probably relate to it too.

I know H is only frustrated.

Getting the antenna fixed would be good hun.

Haven't got any plans for the weekend yet. D is out all day tomorrow with her Nan and I think H and son are going out during the day so will just be me and the dog home tomorrow. Might be a pj, hot chocolate and pj day!!!

I went to yoga today which was nice. It really gets me out of my head for just over an hour. Next week is the last week of it so I think I might sign up for another class. I think it is good for me to do and also gets me out of the house.

Have you got any plans for the weekend hun?

yep very relatable @Snowie sometimes sitting is just as good as talking.
Oh id love a pj and hot chocolate day! sounds like D, H and son are going to be busy.
oh I didn't know you were doing yoga, if your finding it helpful I say keep going!

im hoping the ache in back has disappeared by tomorrow cause I have horses, a paddock to clean which is going to take me over an hour to do and waiting for some people to pick up items I have for free and for sale. sunday im hoping will be a little quitter and... ive probably just jinxed it now lol. have been trying to get a move on with my latest crochet project. already got the next one picked out but have to wait till next week to get the yarn and am using this big project as a motivator- if I hurry up and finish this one I can start on the next one. the next one is meaningful and represents some things/people here and hoping to be able to take it away with me in November.

My psych suggested yoga to me ages ago @outlander . There was a local lady running a beginners class so I thought I would go along. It was about 10 sessions and I have gone to all except for one. So I am proud of myself for that. It gets me out of the house too which is a big thing for me.

Sounds like you have a busy day tomorrow hun. Hoping Sunday you can have more 'me' time.

I am glad you have your crocheting projects. It is a good activity to keep your mind occupied and hopefully gives you some time out. Sounds like you are on a mission to get it finished. It would be nice to take it away in November, something comforting for you.

im proud of you too @Snowie its great that you went to all but one and also that it helps too.
ive been at home quite abit over the past few days so im ok with being out over the weekend. need some breathing space from here anyway.
the project I want to take away with me represents 3 things from here so Im looking forward to doing it more. the colours are pink, blue, purple and white- just have to pick the pattern I think will be fitting.

have you done any of your cross stitch? im not sure id be very good at it but looking at diamond painting. you might like diamond painting too, its more like a mosaic/jewel sort of thing rather than actual painting.

Breathing space away from home is probably a good thing hun. Especially if your pop is being extra difficult lately.

I haven't done any of my cross stitch. It has sat in the cupboard for ages. I have zero motivation to do it. Perhaps in time I will get it back out.

I have heard of diamond painting but havent looked into it at all. Might have to do a google search later.

yeah he has been extra difficult. im stuck between I don't want to go out or go to the horses/usual places but I also don't want to be at home. its not really a home now its just a house.

hearing you on the lack of motivation, makes it hard to do anything doesn't it! you can buy small diamond paintings from the reject shop. or at least where I am anyway they only cost about $5
