Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

My day was ok, went up the street but besides that was a quiet day. Hoping for an early night tonight.

a quiet day sounds good @Snowie
ive just been watching tv and pulling apart my biggest crochet project. decided to start again after realising to many mistakes in it. will pick a faster pattern instead.


@Faith-and-Hope its one of the warmer nights here. currently 13 degrees but getting down to 6. weve been having 22 degree days though so has been nice.

@Faith-and-Hopeit is cold here. Am rugged up on the couch with my weighted blanket and Izzy. She has kept me good company over the last few days.
