My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Thank you all for your continued support.

oh i just realised its the final episode 😞 @Snowie that sucks hey.

its good you got some clothes that you needed and im glad your going ok too.

Im okish, just mostly tired and pain managing. its been quite a big day but it was worth it.while i was out i actually ended up buying a car. that wasnt the original intention however i happened to pass it and could afford it with my savings id been putting away so that was a big bonus.

Yep it is the last episode @outlander Will just have to watch re-runs now.

I normally try to avoid shopping centres as I don't do too well in crowds but managed it ok today. I have lost some weight so it was nice to be able to buy clothes in a few sizes smaller than I had in the past.

Thats good news for buying a car hun. It is something we need.

Glad you day was okish. You would be tired after having a big day. Hopefully your pain isn't too bad hun.

at least theres 11 seasons @Snowie will have to find some other seasons to watch

thats great you got through shopping too. im not so great in a shopping mall either- generally its in and out as quick as possibly to avoid the crowds unless its quiet. i hope you feel better in your new clothes too. well done on the weight loss!

yes, its good having another car. it gives me back my independence abit and its been what ive been after for a while. similar to a past car i had but had to seel due to dealership lies and reapirs being more then the car is worth. the drive was quite nice though, long-around and hr an half/2 hrs each way but it was quiet on the roads but had music too.
pain is still quite intense, cant manage much else except soups atm.

I normally try and get in get out as quick as possible too hun. H came with me today so that helped a bit with my anxiety levels. Still lots of people though with school holidays.

Independence does make a difference @outlander so glad you have the car situation sorted out.

Sorry to hear about your pain hun. Are you seeing your gp soon at all?

Have you got any plans for tomorrow?

it was good H went with you, did the kids go too or just you and H? this fridays the last day of school here. dreading it but cant stop them!

its so good to have my own car again thats for sure. now ive got it i can put my savings towards the novemeber expenses so its abit of relief.

i was going to see her on friday but she has called in sick for the rest of this week and the other drs dont have any times that i can get to so ill have to wait till next week now. i have some tests next week so hopefully if i can ill wait till friday when those results should be in as well. i have kids in the morning and then one from 12 and then other from 230 till 730 at night so doing dinner here for them as well. i have to do some grocery shopping so ill do that when one kids home as itll give us something to do. other then that nothing.

Just H and I went, the kids were at freinds house's today.

Thats a shame your gp called in sick this week @outlander. Hopefully you will be able to see her next week. You can't keep putting up with this pain until November hun.

Sounds like you will have the kids a lot during the holidays, hopefully you can get some me time in there too.

Tomorrow I have group DBT and then my individual session so that will take up most of the day.

i bet it was nice to spend some time just with H too @Snowie id imagine its not to often you and him jsut spend some time together.

Ill have to put up with the teeth issues till november but im pretty sure there an infection happening as its not usually this bad. painful yes but managable.
im going to have the kids quite often yeah, im quite frustrated at he situation because im so stuck in itbut its not made me having a 'life' so much harder.

Hope your dbt sessions go well tomorrow and arent to tough

Hey @Snowie I read your post on the worry room. You can do this. It’s really really hard just now but you can get through. Tomorrow is a different day and it might be crappy or it might not. Please hold the hope we all have for you. You have seen others get through this and you can too. I know you are in that black hole of darkness. It’s hell but it won’t always be like this. I’ve been reading @Hope4me post about surviving PTSD. I thought about you when I read some. Look to those who have got through. You’ll be one of them one day too.
