My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

@Sans911 yep there is enough shame and self loathing there, u certainly dont need anymore.

@Sans911 there us one that is nice but the other one looks mean and just guves me that up and down look. Wont be going near her. I have a nurses button to press. Only one tv in the communual erea and they watched something that triggered me. Spent all tonight sitting in my room starting out the window. Must have thought i was nuts

@Snowie - the nurse who looks you up and down avoid talking to her. She's probably judged you already (possibly as an attention seeker. That's happened to me numerous times).
