Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Oh @Snowie sweetheart. What an awful position you're in. You been struggling so hard for long time now, and it's such a shame there was certain aspects of this last hospital stay that weren't helpful. Nothing worse than feeling like you've not been heard.

Don't worry about your post being negative. You can't help the way you feel, and it's good you can be honest and vulnerable here.

I'm sure I echo @Zoe7 and others in saying that I'm here for you whenever you want to talk or just have someone sit with you. Big hugs hun, you are much loved by me as well. I'm glad you're still here, but I wish I could take your pain away. 💕💕💕💕💕💕

You don't need to know where to go from here, unless that's something important to you @Snowie. What you need right now is to rest as much as you can. Lots of self care if you can manage that. Breathe. And try to hold on. Try to find a reason, no matter how small, to hold on. For a minute, an hour. You're not alone in this. We are right beside you, and you know we understand the space you're in.
