My special place

H and son just got home which is good. I know we all have that inner strength to get through, it just sometimes it gets lost or misplaced for awhile.

I am imagining Toby all spread out taking up most of the couch!

Yes Toby takes up a fair bit of the couch. He is not very big but seems to double in side when he does his door mat thing lol

Stopping your meds is not ideal @Sans911 so pleased you are back on them again. I do get that fed up feeling though - feels like everything gets on top of you and nothing will ever go right.

Your cats seem to be naughty tonight - mine is already talking to me for her night biscuits - it is nearly time but she will have to wait a little bit longer.

Ants are very annoying. It seems like you have a big problem with them if they are everywhere as you described - hope you can get that sorted - we don't want ants crawling over you in your sleep

@Sans911I knew you were going through a hard time hun. I am glad you are back on your meds. Hopefully you can keep your appointments this week as I know how much we need all the support we can get.

Ants are annoying little pests. Hoping you can get rid of them. I hate it when we get ants at home.

Well that isn't very nice of your cats. Unfortunately they don't always behave the way we want them too. Hoping you get cuddles with them later.

We all have those periods where we forget things @Sans911 especially when the days are all seeming to run into each other. I have always timed taking my meds with feeding the fur babies - if there is one thing I have never forgotten to do it is feed them. Some days all I did was get up to feed them and then head back to bed or the couch though.

It is good that you only had a headache and no other side effects - that would have made it harder to deal with and it seems you have enough on your plate without having any further side effects. Your advice to your mum was good advice and hopefully she takes it on board - but I can see how that may seem hypocritical of you when you had stopped your meds too for a time. The important thing is you are back on them now Hon. Taking our own advice can be hard at times - we know what is right but feel lost in our lives so don't care too much about ourselves - but we care about you @Sans911 - very much

There are times when I forget to take my meds too @Sans911 , especially in the morning. Other times I self sabotage myself and not take them on purpose.

I agree with @Zoe7 , you are important @Sans911. I know sometimes we put ourselves last.

You haven't taken over here at all sweetheart. I am glad you feel comfortable talking.

I am feeling better. The wave has settled down. I think the prn helped too plus talking to you two.
