My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

If it is a matter of keeping you safe @Snowie then maybe it is time to seriously consider hospital. There will be more holidays you can all go on but only if you are well enough to go Hon. The way you are currently feeling is not a good place to be - we know how hard these intrusive thoughts can be. Your number 1 priority right now is you Hon. I wish it wasn't the case for you in how you are currently feeling - it totally sucks but lean on us as much as you need Snowie - here for you Hon.

@Zoe7I know I need to consider that but I am not ruining this holiday for the kids. They are so looking forward to it and the thought of letting them down weighs heavily on my mind. After going away I will consider it but not over the easter period. I just have to last until then and try and keep my mind occupied.

@Sans911I wish you didn't understand but know that you do. How are the cats going?

Then that is something to keep thinking about and looking forward to @Snowie Let that be your motivation to look after yourself so you can give the kids the holiday they are looking forward to.

My little fluffball is snuggled next to me too. He loved the trip to my parent's place as he got to play with one of their dogs. They get on really well and chase each other around the yard. I wasn't there long enough for them to play for long but it was enough to wear Toby out. Don't think he will be moving from the couch tonight unless he is following me

Determination to get through this and get to your holiday is good @Snowie You do have inner strength and that will help you get there Hon. I hold that belief for you and will continue to support you through this for as long as you need

Toby looks like a door mat again - all spread out on his back with his little legs above his head - super cute to look at. He must be worn out from his little trip this afternoon.

Our fur babies are indeed our little security blankets @Shaz51 - so nice that we all have them to help us get through some of the harder times.
