Be as patient as you can manage with your hubby, but it is him who is at fault here ..... and I am a carer, as you know. He doesn’t know how to handle his feelings of helplessness and lack of control, but they are his feelings and he has to sit with them and own them, not dodge them and try to land them on you or anyone else.

Sounds like he needs to see a counsellor ..... coming from another carer. He needs to deal with his own issues.

I hate nightmares. Makes me feel like I am back reliving the whole experience again. My mind is my own worst enemy.

I can't live life like this, it is pushing me towards the edge.
