Yes we will @Snowie although some days it doesn't feel like it but we continue to try moving forward

@Zoe7heard back from pdoc. Have got an appt tomorrow afternoon which is good.

That is great news @Snowie Hope he can find something that will help you - knowing also that another med change will take time but at least he is listening and has managed to fit you in asap.

Saw the pdoc today. He still wants me to go off the meds that are giving me side effects, but is replacing it with another one. So slowly have to go off one whilst increasing the other one. Spoke about the thoughts I have been having lately and wants me to try and continue with my coping strategies. If the thoughts get worse then he mentioned hospital again, which I would rather not.

It is good he recognises that that med isn't working and is going to try and new one @Snowie - I have everything crossed that this one works for you Hon. I know you would rather not go into hospital but please don't hesitate to go if things get any worse and yuo feel that is the only way to keep safe. We both know how difficult med changes can be and it is super hard doing them on your own. Also know we will be here for you to help you through this whether hospital becomes an option or not.

I hope it doesn't get to that point either but know that is a last resort option.

@Zoe7I saw that you made it to the pool and had a relaxing float!

I did Hon and it gave me lots of time to think as well as just be in the moment @Snowie Thought about you while I was there and hoping everything went ok this afternoon - seems like it went as good as could be expected.

I hope you can stay out of hospital too Hon - is the decrease of one and increase of the other one over two weeks?

That is good to know Hon - we can gauge how you are going from where we are sitting too and give you all the hel we can if needed. I am very much hoping that these ones help you though and the only help that you will need is with organising the massive forum party we will have when they do lol @Snowie
